RECIPE: Auntie Biz's Hearty Winter Soup
1 lb. hamburger
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 celery stalks, diced w/ tops
1 tbs. minced garlic
3 tbs. butter
8 cups hot water
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 cup dry elbow macaroni
1 15 oz can garbanzo beans
Melt butter in bottom of soup pot on medium high heat and add hamburger. Brown burger slightly and add tomatoes, celery, and garlic. Add two cups hot water and simmer for 30 minutes. Add six cups water, garbanzo beans, salt, paprika and dry macaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender.
