RECIPE: Auntie Biz's Mushroom Scramble Breakfast
1 box of fresh sliced mushrooms
1 can diced tomatoes
1 3.8 oz. can black olives
1 large green bell pepper
1 tbs. Herbes de Provence
olive oil
butter
sea salt
paprika
2 large eggs
Sauté mushrooms al dente in olive oil and butter, add diced tomatoes, olives, bell pepper, spices. Pour blended egg over top, stirring constantly.
