RECIPE: Auntie Biz's Sunday Morning Pancakes
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
4 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tbs. double-acting aluminum free baking flour
3 slightly beaten large eggs
1/3 cup canola oil
2 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk (or whole milk)
Sift flours together and sift again with salt, sugar, and baking powder. Combine eggs, oil, and milk. Mix both mixtures together. Spoon onto medium high griddle or frying pan. Cook as desired.
